Common Room: Ravenclaw Tower

The Ravenclaw Tower is located on the west side of Hogwarts, the staircase leading up to the common room is presumably located on the fifth floor, and is the location of the Ravenclaw common room and dormitories. The entrance to the room is at the top of a spiral staircase, and is a door without doorknob or keyhole but a bronze knocker in the shape of an eagle. In order to enter the room, a person must answer a question asked by the eagle knocker; if they answer incorrectly, they must wait for someone else who gets it right.

The Ravenclaw common room is one of the most airy rooms at Hogwarts. It is a wide, circular room with a midnight blue carpet, arched windows hung with blue and soft, silks, and a domed ceiling painted with stars. During the day, the Ravenclaw students have an excellent view of the surrounding mountains. The room is furnished with tables, chairs, and bookcases; and by the door leading up to the dormitories, there is a tall statue of Rowena Ravenclaw made of white marble.

Ravenclaw Uniform
Uniform: The uniform consisted of a plain white buttoned shirt, a house tie (thin stripes) (red and gold, green and silver, yellow and black or blue and silver, according to House), a charcoal grey knitted v-neck jumper, a cardigan or a sleeveless vest (with cuffs and waist House-coloured), charcoal grey trousers (for males) or skirt (for females), black tights or charcoal grey socks, plain black shoes and a plain black silver fastened robe with the student's House emblem on and respective coloured lining. Some students wore accessories on top of their uniform (Draco Malfoy wore a Snake badge on his tie and Parvati Patil and her sister Padma both wear necklaces with the letter "P" over their ties). Also, in 1996 a select group of students, the Inquisitorial Squad, wore purple medals on their robes. As it has always been, Prefects, Head Boys and Quidditch Captains also wear a badge.

A Few Rules When Interacting with Morag:
  1. I am not interested in shipping this character with anyone. Do not ask. Do not be insulted when Morag is grossed out by any attempts at romance. She's eleven years old. She's not interested.
  2. I will not, for any reason, participate in RP that is too violently or sexually explicit. Keep it to the same rating as the first Harry Potter film if you wish to RP with me, please. If things become too explicit, I will have her react ICly and leave.
  3. If you have any doubts about either of these rules, you can reach me on AIM at adriengriffon or by email at aerrin at gmail dot com.
